Fan/Heater/Blower noise

Hello

Has anyone encountered a very noisy cabin heater, when the heat is turned up to max, and the fan is turned to max?
I have an awful noise coming from the pop-up dash vents

Never needed to turn mine to max - coupe is nice and cosy. :)
MY18 F-Type V8 R AWD in Glacier White
Lots of leather and toys, and loads of noise!
