As its seems to be a non factory addition i think best to remove it, previous owner didnt install it as hes left me with remaining subscription of the in controll factroy tracker. It was a JLR managment vehichle for the first 7,000 miles so possibly that was when it was installed. OE numberplate usually a tell tail.

Thanks for all the input. Just didnt want to unplug it and find the car got upset with me and lit the dash up with lights
