Journeys not working?

Since October 11th, my journeys have all been logged starting and ending at my home address, regardless of destination. The satnav works so the car knows where it is in the world, and the journey distance, time and consumption is working, too, just the route that's missing. Is it just me, and what needs fixing if it is? I've done a TCU reset via the overhead button and that's made no difference, and the battery is nicely charged so that's not the issue. Help!

So, the breadcrumb trail is missing from the mapset in the App?

(Not much help, but mine seems OK).
Have you tried deleting the app, and re-installing?
