What is “connected navigation pro”?

Anything F-Type related......

My car has just gone over its 3yrs and all the services have been expiring.

As I use them I renewed the tracker, remote service and the maps on here.com, but I can’t find what “connected navigation pro” is. The renew button in the Incontrol app just errors.

Any clues? I’m just waiting for something I’ve used to not work!

Isn't this the service that supplies live traffic and therefore routing based on said traffic?

Yeah, but when I renewed the map subscription on here.com it said I got that from them…. And it does show the yellow/red traffic on the map still….. I’m at a loss as to what this is

Same thing has happened to me - renewed via here.com in January for 2yrs.
It updated on the Subscriptions page with the new expires date, but a few weeks ago it reverted back to showing as "Expired on 5 Jan 2024....

It's one of the elements that i have as an "open case" with Jaguar, basically all centred around the app and the update of it. I'm still waiting to hear back from them as the helpful cs agent escalated it to the technical dept.

I'm not sure if its relevant but around the same time my Norton started saying the app is an unsafe site.

Suffice to say all the functionality is working, live traffic, planning etc etc..

Hi ianp,
I've just followed your link and takes me to where i made the renewal in Jan. I just checked [lower right] maps & services and i see that i have a map update waiting, also my subscription expires 3 Jan 2027 [i must have felt flush and taken the 3 years!!].
I will update the map and see if that clears it on the app.

I have the same issue, renewed just last month, now it says expiry is 12/04/24 again yet I have the email from here saying it’s renewed for 3 years 🤷‍♂️

My subscriptions end later this month - I cannot get the app to work to subscribe (error - try again in 60 minutes???). I have also tried the link above but cannot see anywhere to view pricing and subscribe. Utter garbage in comparison to other brands' online services.

But I don't care, because I've got a Jaaag. 😊

Evening all, for two days I have tried, unsuccessfully to subscribe to “ connected nav pro” I tried the link on my “Here” a/c but it just retorts “ try later”
Phoned dealership for advance~ useless
Tried the “ can we help ?” Web chat, thought I was making progress but it dropped out.
You would have thought in these testing times it would be easy to give JLR £200 for an after service !
Anyone else had any luck?

No, I did use the web chat and was asked if I had updated the maps in the car since renewing the here.com maps. I duly did it, it made no difference. There’s obviously an issue between Jaguar and Here.
