Hi all,

I’ve been getting the Adaptive Dynamics Fault recently in my 2014 V8R Coupe. I assumed this was caused by the battery as I was getting a low battery warning in the lead up so had a new one fitted at a local Jag specialist. I’ve taken the car out for a few long drives now to properly charge it and it’s kept on a CTEK charger when not in use. The fault is unfortunately still appearing and tends to pop up mid way through journeys with the fault clearing when the car is stopped and restarted. Once the fault appears I am unable to select dynamic or rain/snow/ice mode.

Has anyone had a similar issue where this fault is caused by something other than the battery?

Thanks in advance

Try a battery system reset and if that doesn't fix the issue it's a faulty suspension height sensor. A plug in diagnostic will tell you which one (or more) that it is. There is one located at each corner i.e. two at the front left/right and two at the rear left/right.

Thanks both, I’ll give the battery reset a go and if not check for suspension height sensor errors
