Dealer most certainly should be able to help with that query, I'd worry they're hiding the lack of full service history. Car should have been serviced May 23 and May 24.

Once you have the VIN check for yourself here - https://osh.jaguar.com/?_gl=1*rpugqc*_g ... zAzNzQ0MjA.

OSH is as follows. All scheduled items required look to have been carried out (which isn't much at 24 months). The only thing is perhaps is the almost 3 month delay for the 24 month service, as I would wonder whether this could invalidate claims under the remaining manufactures warranty. Written confirmation might deal with that. Worth asking Jaguar Customer Services for an opinion considering the circumstances and that would be independent of the selling dealer.

Re the second service delay I had a similar situation with my car. Purchased at 32 months with the first service delayed by four months and the second by a further month, so just pulled back the third service into line to coincide with its third anniversary. Fortunately so as when they attempted to remove the rear subframe to change oil the captive nuts had broken away, resulting in a week at the bodyshop to rectify. All done under manufacturers warranty and no problems since with Jag extended warranty. So if you do buy it? My advice, get the third service done at 36 months ( before original warranty expires) irrespective of the miles and the fact that it’s less than 12 months since the second.
