Hi all

Just wondered if anyone knows how to remedy this issue, as per photo. This comes up persistently while driving despite pressing OK to clear the warning.

I know what the SOS functionality is for, but what do I need to do to permanently clear the warning? As far as I know everything is working as it should.

Several posts on here for that.

A quick scan suggest recharge main battery or replace tcu battery (I think - check those posts) or replace the module.

As above but I had this and it was an aerial issue. Change the TCU battery first cheap fix £25 diy job 2 min job. See if this clears the fault. I done this and thought it sorted it but sos came back on after a week or so.

After changing the TCU battery reset the sos button above your head in the centre hold down the blue lit button until it starts flashing that’s reset.

Thanks guys, I’ll try changing the tcu battery, but the car is only just over 4 years old.

Given the age it shouldn't be the TCU battery. Mine also threw that error message a couple of days in a row the other year, and then it just went away. I'd say the first thing to do is to make sure that the main battery is well charged.

I think you have to wait until it flashes more slowly to fully reset - initially mine flashed quite quickly. About 15 seconds?

I've had this problem for well over a year. The main dealers have had the car in 3 times, replaced an antenae but I still keep getting the same message.
My car went in for service with an independant and the message went away for about 3 months, now its back again. I've tried resetting to no avail.
