It's an insult to the brands English roots and heritage.
One buys a Jag or Aston because it's British, and all that it inherits.

I think this video is a must-see to appreciate what's going on. The car industry is in an unprecedented crisis and Jag's advert gives an idea of what the bottom of the deep, deep hole many carmarkers are in looks like.

It's never good to apply labels to your customers and potential future customers.

Just like Starmer calling everyone who protested in the summer "far-right". It certainly applied to a small minority of idiots, but by no means is it correct to apply to all.
