Re: Jaguar introduces new logo for the brand

I’ll be very interested to see the new Jag. Although from what’s been intimated I doubt that I’ll like it. Shame that Top Gear and the ‘cool wall’ is no more when we really need it, as I reckon it’ll either go straight into ‘ugly’ or 'sub-zero'. My guess is that the front will look like another five...

Re: Anybody know RO18HTK

EHVC is just the Electronic Vehicle Health Check, where it get plugged in to check if any errors or logs are recorded. There's a fixed differential on this car, which doesn't get an oil change until 9 years or something. The diff (or duff) issues are only relevant to those V6 or. V8 models that are ...

Re: Thinking of buying 2022 2 ltr F-Type (which warranty, what wheels))

OSH is as follows. All scheduled items required look to have been carried out (which isn't much at 24 months). The only thing is perhaps is the almost 3 month delay for the 24 month service, as I would wonder whether this could invalidate claims under the remaining manufactures warranty. Written con...

Re: Thinking of buying 2022 2 ltr F-Type (which warranty, what wheels))

It probably came from new with those 20" gyrodyne wheels. The '7 Split' 19s might have been the base spec, I'm not sure, but there seems to be a lot of P300s with the 20s. Nice wheels those, just the right size in my view. The ride will be firm but not uncomfortable at all. Good thing is, if yo...

Re: “ outer Jaguar experience “

I've had all the type sensors throw a hissy fit on my Abarth on two occasions. Once was going past the naval base on the top of Portsdown hill Portsmouth and the other one just after passing the Qinetiq MOD place in Funtington. Might be just coincidence, but they have been the only occurrences ever ...

Re: Anybody know RO18HTK

It appears to be for sale at the Audi/VW independent that may have sold the car back in January 2022 (they carried out a service on it at that time, but it look like they've sent it to a nearby Land Rover specialist since). There's a gap of around 18 months in the service history, from July 2020 and...

Re: Thinking of buying 2022 2 ltr F-Type (which warranty)

It was PDI'd in Brentwood on 30/12/2021 and delivered to the first customer on 12/01/2022 which is the warranty starting date. It hasn't strayed far during it's life and remained around the same area in Kent looking at the service history. A cracked pano roof is pretty unusual, I wonder what happene...

Re: Jaguar introduces new logo for the brand

I do like watching all these parodies seeing how creative and imaginative people are. Some stuff mentions the massive change that the automotive industry is facing, but don't have any answers other than to ignore it and wither away. But if I put my business brain in and overlook a lot people whose a...

Unfortunately not, auto's only.
